Passport

Original passport with at least 6 months validity from travel date. Old passport, if any (applicable for Chennai and Bangalore locations).

3 Photographs

  • Dimensions: 35mm x 45mm, matt finish
  • 80% face coverage

  • Sign on the last page.
  • Cross signature on the form across photograph (applicable only for Chennai and Bangalore locations).

Bank statement

  • Latest bank statement (e-copy accepted)
  • Not older than 3 days from the day of application.

Cover letter

  • Details of the trip, signed at the bottom.

  1. Visit Website & Start Application: Go to Singapore Tourist Visa Application and Click on "Apply for Visa”
  2. Select Visa Type & Provide Basic Details: Choose your type of visa be it tourist or business visa based on your travel purpose and Fill in your basic details.
  3. Payment & Application Submission: Make a Full or Partial payment using your Debit, Credit or UPI and Fill in "Visit details" , upload necessary documents, and submit the application.

Visit the Entry Visa application website and Login using your Singpass ID and password, or scan the QR code with the Singpass app.

  • Save draft applications for later editing or submission.
  • Up to seven applications can be saved.
  • To edit or delete a draft, click on the applicant's name.
  • To create a new application, click on "Create New Application".

Step 3: Submitting Applicant's Details

  • Enter applicant's particulars.
  • Save the page by clicking "Save".
  • Proceed to the next page after filling mandatory fields by clicking "Next".

Step 4: Additional Applicant Information

Enter any additional details about the applicant and If the applicant's Visa Type Group is "SOCIAL", fill in the Local Contact's details.


Step 5: Uploading Applicant Photo

Upload the applicant's photo by clicking "Browse" and then "Next".


Step 6: Application Preview

  • Read and agree to the declaration by selecting the checkbox.
  • Click "Submit" to confirm the application.
  • Proceed to the payment selection page.

Step 7: Payment Summary

Choose your payment method and Download or print the Tax Invoice/Receipt for your records. After successful application and payment, save the acknowledgement page as a PDF. You'll need the Visa reference number for future reference.


Step 8: Checking Application Status

  • Visit the SAVE website.
  • Click on "Enquire Application Status" to check your Visa application status.
  • Download or print the e-Visa or notification slip if approved.

If your application is approved, your local contact can use the e-Service to print a copy of your e-Visa for you.
