For Indian citizens planning to visit Saudi Arabia, several types of visas are available, depending on the purpose of the visit. Here are some common types:

Step 1: Start Your Saudi Arabia Visa Application:

Go to Teleport's Saudi Arabia visa application page and click on 'Start Application.' Teleport offers both Saudi Arabia tourist visa and Saudi Arabia business visa options. Make sure you start the application for a tourist visa.

Step 2: Enter Basic Information and Make Payment:

Share basic information like travel dates, passport details, etc., and make a secure payment. Opt to pay the visa fee either in full or partially upfront.

Step 3: Collect & Courier Your Documents:

Teleport will allot a dedicated Relationship Manager to you who will guide you through collecting all the necessary Saudi tourist visa documentation. Courier all the required documents to the nearest Teleport office.

Step 4: Document Submission to Visa Application Centre by Teleport

Your Teleport relationship manager will submit the documents at the visa application centre on your behalf.

After the authorities have reviewed your application, we will inform you of your application status through our platform.  We will also keep you updated on your visa status through regular WhatsApp messages and emails.  Upon approval, you can also download your visa from the Teleport Dashboard.

Step 1: Visit the VFS Home Page

Select your country you are applying from and to. Click on ‘Take Me To the Website’  to access the official application portal for Saudi Arabia visa application.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment for your Saudi Arabia visa application, visit the Tasheer website. Start by selecting your nationality and the type of visa you need. Then, choose the Saudi mission in India where you wish to book your appointment. The system will display available dates, starting with the most recent. Please note that additional fees may be required at the visa application centre.

Step 3: Visit the Visa Application Centre

Print the visa application form and submit it at the nearest visa application centre along with other required documents. (See the next section to know more about documentation).

Step 4: Biometric Enrollment

After you submit your documents, you will need to provide your biometric data, including biographical details, fingerprints, and a facial image, at the Visa Service Center. Your completed visa application will then be collected at this counter for further processing. Applicants under 6 years of age and over 80 years of age are exempt from biometric submission and do not need to visit the Saudi Visa Center.

Step 5: Fee Payment

Pay your visa application fee after visiting the visa application centre. There might be additional service fees.

Step 6: Track your Application

You can track your application status through the Tasheer website by using your ‘Appointment Reference Number’, ‘Visa PlatformNumber’ and ‘Date of Birth’. If you have opted for the SMS service, you will automatically receive updates on SMS when your application status changes

Step 7: Collect your passport

When your processed visa application is ready, you can collect your passport from the Visa Service Center. Please ensure you bring the original Invoice-and-Receipt issued at the time of your application submission. If someone else is collecting the passport on your behalf, they must present a mandatory authorization letter.

If you choose the courier service option, your passport will be delivered directly to the address you provided during the application process.

It can take up to 4 working days to process a Saudi Arabia tourist visa after you've submitted your application and provided all the required documents. The exact time can vary depending on the individual applicant’s circumstances. It's advisable to apply well in advance of the intended travel date to avoid last-minute hassle.
